I felt like a valued customer and will definitely return when my son is ready to buy his first car because I trust that all members of staff will give him appropriate advice and make sure he drives away in a safe car that he can be proud of. I love my new car so much, I keep finding excuses to drive it, before giving my teenagers lifts was a nuisance, but now in my lovely new clean car it is a pleasure. The staff also helped me to complete tax and insurance paper work, which made the stressful job of buying a new car easy and stress free. This was simply the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff are very friendly and well informed about the cars they sell. They gave me a fair price for my old car in part exchange and I happily drove away in a quality, well maintained Audi A4. M&A were very friendly and courteous people to deal with, as we were unable to view the vehicle due to lockdown, they photographed any damage to the bodywork that we couldn’t see in the photos on Autotrader to make sure we were still happy to proceed with buying the car. They were kind enough to deliver the vehicle over 100 miles and kept us updated on their arrival at all times. When they arrived, they spent lots of time making sure we were happy to complete the purchase. I would recommend M&A to any buyer!
